Lakefield PTA Achieves 836% Of Their Fundraising Target

Lakefield School PTA supports Lakefield School by organising events, subsidising trips, and paying for additional resources to ensure all Lakefield pupils have access to the best learning opportunities possible.

This year, the PTA organised an Easter Sponsorship challenge to raise funds for 54 new laptops and a purpose-built outdoor classroom.

The fundraiser was incredibly popular with the pupils and a massive success, raising a total of £8,362.50—an incredible 836% of their target! Lakefield School PTA received £6,905 in donations and £1,457.50 in Gift Aid, which, as a registered charity, they were able to collect and send to the school on the PTA’s behalf.
